    Not a great place to buy a car did not respond to emails and just seemed sloppy. However, the worst part was getting a service down. I asked for tyres to be rotated and they claimed it was done, however has I had marked the wheels I know they had not done It makes me wonder what else they claim to do. I now get my servicing done in Bristol, they are so much more professional. As a result of this review I had a rude phone call from the garage.

    I booked a 9am gold serving plus transmission oil changed, but until 10:20 am my car was still parked in the parking lot. That was because the technician got the wrong car to be serviced!!!utterly ridiculous thing happen. So I wasted 1.5 hour for longer waiting time. Also the technician do not know the gear oil viscosity grade and type, need more professional training. However, the reception and service manager are good people. This service total charge is 197 pounds. viewing the service is not allowed
